In our latest neighborhood spotlight, we’re exploring College Park.
College Park got its name from the many streets that were named for … you guessed it, colleges. It’s pretty popular among seniors and young professionals — a decade ago, the joke was that once you aged out of downtown, you moved there.
The neighborhood is traditional in its own right, but bustling too. Filled with moms-and-pops, longtime staples and neighbors who know you and your firstborns by name, there’s a homage to retro and suburbia here that you don’t quite get anywhere else.
