🕵️ Why we’re launching a series on affordable housing

What's our next assignment?

Talking about affordable housing can get a little wonky, especially with so many different news sources, organizations, and services working on it from all different angles.

That’s why we’re excited to help housing affordability make a little more sense and to give you actionable steps for how to get involved. Because affordable housing doesn’t just affect a certain group of people — it affects all of us.

Have you ever wondered how we got here? Whether there is hope for the future? What purpose community trusts serve?

Send us your questions and we’ll pick a handful of Qs to dig into through October.

Made possible by Central Florida Foundation

We’re more than meets the eye

We’re here to help our community truly “live like they live here.” That means finding moments of serendipity, joy, and ways to feel connected and at home.

Our member program is one of the ways we accomplish this mission. Join today for only $8/month.

Did you know?

On Friday, we announced an awesome contest with local freelance creative collective Jolly Roger to give small business owners and entrepreneurs a chance to win free marketing, branding and advertising help.

Know someone who needs a new logo, an updated website, a radio jingle, or help with telling their story? Have ’em fill out this form before next Friday, August 2. That’s when Team Jolly Roger and Team Pulptown will narrow the search down to three finalists. Once we’ve chosen our top three entrants, we’ll leave it up to you, our readers, to vote on the winner.

Nominate yourselves or someone you know here. Let’s get creative, Orlando.
